Chinese rocket had reached very close to space station in space, devastation would have hit
China Rocket International Space Station: The Chinese rocket that fell into the Indian Ocean was very close to the international space station. It is being told that both the space objects came within a radius of only 300 km.
Washington
The Chinese rocket, which became a cause of concern for scientists from all over the world, had reached very close to the space station which was traveling in space before falling into the Indian Ocean. American Astrophysics Center astronomer Jonathan McDowell was eyeing the path of this Chinese rocket. On Monday, he tweeted that the Chinese rocket had passed very close to the international space station while coming towards the earth.
Jonathan said that 6 minutes after the separation of the Chinese rocket and the space station Tianhe, both of them had come very close to the international space station. They had come within a radius of 300 km which was very worrying in terms of the circumambulation path. He said that the Chinese rocket needed a 'fixed time' to get very close to the international space station.
NASA reprimanded China for space program
He said that the Chinese rocket increased the fear that it was deliberate. Jonathan said that this threat was not communicated to the International Space Station's partner countries. The 18-tonne Chinese rocket, which became a concern for the whole world, fell into the Indian Ocean near the Maldives on Saturday evening. The US space agency NASA had severely reprimanded China for the space program.
NASA said that China failed to comply with responsible standards. US officials have confirmed that the uncontrolled debris of the Chinese rocket launch March 5B fell into the Indian Ocean north of the Maldives. Many people in India have also claimed to see this rocket falling in the sky. After this rocket was uncontrolled, it was expected to fall anywhere in the world. Bill Nelson of the NASA administration strongly criticized China and stressed that it was "necessary" that China and other countries work with 'responsibility and transparency' in space.
10 more Chinese rockets to leave on space mission
Chinese rockets are yet to embark on 10 more space missions to build China's space station. In such a situation, this warning of NASA is considered very important. This is not the first time that China's rocket has been uncontrolled in space. Earlier in May 2020, the main part of the Launch March 5B rocket became uncontrolled and its debris fell over the Atlantic Ocean. NASA described the Chinese rocket accident as truly dangerous. The rocket passed over the Los Angeles and New York cities of the United States before it fell.
